I was born in a traditional Vietnamese family in Ha Tinh City, Central Vietnam.
My parents value education, talents, and stability. From my father, I learnt empathy, acceptance, boldness, commitment and resilience. From my mother, I learnt simple happiness, strength, how to work hard, to achieve, to love and to share.
From my extended families, I learnt how to be a part of a community, to celebrate, to lift each others up, to be compassionate and mindful of the needs of others.
Throughout my childhood, I did pick up the belief that money & loving kindness is something you can only get in exchange for something of great, magnificent, incredible magnitude. Something hard-earned. It was a blessing for me to be exposed to the mechanism of abundance and scarcity from a very young age, so that I had the opportunity to learn exactly how to play with them.
When I got asked "Who coaches you?", my answer truly is "Everyone, and everything."
There are so many people who have coached me by giving part of their lives and part of themselves to me: my grandparents, my uncles and aunts, my cousins, my big brother, my little sister, and so many more.
In primary school, Ms Dung - my Grade 1 teacher - taught me attention to the little details through her beautiful hand-writing practices. Her results in my 7/10 hand-writing skill, 12 years later, were described as my friends and lecturers in St. John's College, New Mexico as "phenomenal" and "some kind of kungfu". Ms Hoa taught me how to be proud of myself. She always gave me a lot of compliments. She taught me how to be gentle with others and include others with solid boundaries. In secondary school, Ms. Huyen is my Grade 6 Literature teacher. She taught me discipline and the importance of overcoming my own limit. Ms. Thu taught me the value of team-work. She taught me how to laugh in our academic aka. mental and emotional distress, how to have fun even through the hardest moment in our English exams. Ms. Thong taught me to embrace my voice and acknowledge people's unique expression. And Ms. Ha - taught me how to understand others people pain and how to see the world as it is.
In high school, when I entered TH School as a member of the founding class in Hanoi, I was taught how to experience being loved. Madam Thai Huong and every staff in her school taught me miracles and service. Ms. Thu-Thao taught me how to be. She also taught me how to be beyond myself. She knew I needed that little extra nudge. I loved to go to school and run to her office after class to be greeted by her and be around her peaceful and loving energy. I love her so much. Just thinking of her warms my heart. Mr. Hennes taught me in Grade 10 about self-acknowledgement and how to live. In a certain way, he served as a second father figure to me. He taught me how to navigate and protect myself online, how to respect people's time and effort, how to believe in myself, how to be a book-reader. He taught me that I am enough, and that I am going to thrive, in school, and in everything I want to do.
Ms. Morgan in Grade 11 taught me how to accept failures, how to run 5km, and how to be unapologetic. Mr. Robertson is another great coach. He is my first business coach. He taught me Business Studies in Grade 11. He taught me that I am overqualified. Mr. Robertson is adorable and hilarious so I learnt that business is very fun and game. I can continue with every teacher at every level of education up to and including Master Trainer Nicole Vu at ME&WE Academy, where I got my certifications as Master Practitioner of NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy and served as a coach and co-founding member of ME&WE Coaching for 4 years.
There are so many beautiful people who has shaped or changed the course of my life in the best of ways: Tutor Ned Walpin, Tutor Raoni Padui, Tutor Grant Franks, Tutor Topi Hekkeiro from St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Dr. Samuel Kim from Columbia University in New York, Dr. Steve Clarke, Dr. Paul Yeow from RMIT University in Ho Chi Minh City, Kim Dohuyn, Rebekka Kim, Jung Min Jun, Daniel Woo, chi Dang Kim Phuong, chi Grace, Trung and Khang, Sally Yang Yijia, Do Quang Minh, Bao Pham, Le Thuy Nhien, Leah March, Bryn Frye-Mason, Nguyen Ha Vy, Pham Ngoc Tram Anh, Nguyen Tran Khanh Mai, and many others. There are hundreds.
My favorite coach and mentor is perhaps Matteo Marin. He taught me presence, patience, compassion, courage, forgiveness and grace. He gives me so much pure love everyday. I love his stories. He is an awesome story teller and story creator with endless adventures. He is the most wonderful coach I have ever experienced to this point. Ever since the first time I met him, I am constantly in awe of him.
THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU.
I am grateful for ALL my coaches and EVERYONE who will be. It is truly an ever-unfolding adventure and I am open : )
Before mastering the energetics and quantum leaping, there were countless times I felt trapped in the thought that being a good daughter, employee, entrepreneur or partner meant staying grounded in the external world, focusing on what I could see and control.
But that didn’t work. What started as a quiet whisper soon became a soar that is impossible to ignore—it demanded to be heard. I realized that the moment I made time for myself, truly quieted my mind, and listened to my inner voice—not just occasionally, but consistently—everything in my life started to fall into place. Life began to flow effortlessly once I committed to making that space for myself.
With that clarity comes the "Touch of Life", signature to my coaching and manifestation style and its range of effects. It is an invitation to embrace profound, delightful shifts. It's where manifesting your desires becomes a natural extension of your being. Bold. Intuitive. Precise. This is where ease and greatness walk hand in hand.
Quantum physics now affirms that your thoughts and feelings shape the world around you. Where you focus your attention determines the life you live. You have the power to create, and it’s your responsibility to embrace it. As you expand your awareness and nurture love and appreciation for yourself, you set in motion an outpouring of external joy. By letting go of outdated beliefs about yourself and the world, you’ll unlock new doors to acceptance, support, and love. From a heart filled with inspiration, your abundance will flow effortlessly. Relationships will thrive, your potential will unfold in ways you never imagined, and you’ll experience profound feelings of joy and love—for yourself, others, and your life.
Everything you desire must first be found within you before it can take shape in your world—through the people, places, and experiences you encounter. This is a timeless truth about how the universe works and our deep connection to it.
But it all begins with the inner work.
My mission is to help you reconnect with your inner truth, access your deepest desires, and live a life filled with limitless joy and bliss. It’s time to skip the incremental process, the hard climb to prove your worth and leap straight into your power.
If you or someone you know is ready to elevate their connection with reality in life, relationships, business, and impact to new heights, let’s connect and make it happen together.
